Cancellation Policy

There is a $200 cancellation fee up to 21 days prior to the course. After that time, the balance of your fee can be transferred to an alternate EMDR Therapy Basic Training course pending availability. If full payment is not received by the Early Bird date, the trainee will forfeit their guaranteed spot. If the course becomes filled after the Early Bird date and prior to full payment of fees, $200.00 of the deposit will be lost and the remaining $200.00 can be applied to a future training program. Trainees who interrupt their training due to circumstances beyond their control must complete the training within a 1-year frame.
